Office Assistant

Seeking an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. This role also requires assisting in our showroom when needed, especially in the beginning to help give an understanding of the business. Position could be full time or part time depending on applicant's needs and hours are flexible within our normal showroom hours of Monday through Friday 10am-5pm. However, you must be able to work Saturdays 10am-3pm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- General administrative tasks
- Manage company's social media platforms
- Filing and maintaining company records
- Perform Sales duties as needed
Skills required:
- Customer service experience helpful
- Working knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Flooring knowledge is not required - we will train you! Hourly pay commensurate with experience, PLUS commission! Generous earned paid time off & vacation benefits available as well.

We're seeking a new member to join our team in the showroom! Looking for someone who is social media savvy, personable and has good communication skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone
- Keeping showroom neat & clean
- Following up with customers and managing the company's social media platforms.

Flooring knowledge not required - we will train you! Hourly pay plus commission with earned paid time off benefits. 30 - 40 hours per week. Hours are flexible but must work Saturdays 10am-3pm.

We're seeking a new part time member to join our team in the showroom! Looking for someone with good communication skills and experience in customer service.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone
- Keeping showroom neat & clean
- Following up with customers.
Flooring knowledge not required - we will train you! Hourly pay plus commission with earned paid time off benefits. 15-25 hours per week. Hours are flexible but must work Saturdays 10am-3pm
